er... i'm not sure. i think he did what he was accused of, but i don't think he was "guilty" in the legal sense, i think he had massive mitigating factors, diminished responsibility etc, i don't think he really knew what he was doing. also, i think it had more to do with the lack of credibility of the accusers than the actual truth. as one of the legal experts interviewed said "if you can't trust the messenger, you don't believe the message".

either way, i reckon he's ruined, which is a bit sad, i saw him live (i'm not really a fan i just accompanied a minor, appropriately enough) and he was fantastic. also, i think the little boy's life is ruined too, he's going to come in for a lot of hassle, as is his family, he will have a very hard time from now on, i think - another sad outcome.
