Has anyone found a nutrition plan that works to keep the weight off us medicated paople? I have put on 6.5lbs in three weeks. At this rate I will put on 104 pounds in a year. Not cool with me.
Any thoughts? I thought about going to a nutritionist where I can weigh in each week, ore weight watchers, but my experience with weight watchers is that they help you figure out how to eat little treats all day long. I want to cut sugar and sodium (but not all my sodium because I am on Trileptal and don't want to get hyponatremia)
