Try to find something that will keep your mind off of wanting to cut or just the subject or cutting. Like using an elastic band. Thats what i used once and it worked pretty good. Everytime you think or cutting snap the elastic. It will snap your mind off of the subject or chew gum! I used that for my eating disorder. But another thing you have to do is hide all your cutting tools. So when you have an urger you'll go looking for them and looking for them will release some of the anger, well atleast i think. But be careful!!
