I too am proud of you for making it to DD forum. Just remember, you are always welcome here. Post when you want, if you want, and if you don't that's okay too. It's about what feels right for you!!
I think you will find a lot of support here in this forum!! You took a big step with reaching out and posting. Take your time and try and acknowledge and enjoy the progress you've made. 
Also remember...it's natural for our insiders to be fearful. That is why our minds created them...to protect us from the big scary things we had no control over when we were younger/more vulnerable. Here, you will learn that it is okay to be vulnerable in DD forum and that you and your insiders will be safe. And here, you do have control. You say when, and you say how much is right for you. If you need a break...it's always okay to take one.
I hope you will keep posting here and that you will eventually feel comfortable sharing. Just be patient with yourself.
