we're supposed to remember to take our meds? who knew?

Actually, I carry my pain pills with me... and have extra in the car and by the bed. Usually I don't take them as per the hour... my body tells me (sometimes I realize I'm really not feeling well, and then realize I'm way over time on taking my med. ) The only other med is to try and help me sleep (ambien) and the only way I can tell myself I took that is to turn off the lamp by the bed after I take it. Otherwise, I wouldn't remember that either!

Did you find something that works for you? I have a pill holder that you can set to "go off" and also a watch.. (but I don't hear well so they don't work for me even my phone is on vibrate.)
