I agree with you Possum on this. It doesn't take much to just put up a small warning so no one gets blindsided by stuff we write. I would rather put up one if I even wonder if it will trigger someone. I hate when I stumble into something and "BOOOOMMMM" I am suddenly feeling awful and fighting off urges that are not good for us.

I'm also glad that people are feeling free enough to put out stuff that needs a trigger warning. I do not have many places where I can be open about the things that still chew on me and haunt my mind. This is an awesome forum and I sure hope we can all keep it that way and help each other.
