Well, I was um over 20? hehehe when my industrial accident occurred... and my PTSD due to the inaction and improper actions of the authorities... but it doesn't seem to help me heal.

I guess your being "recent" is making it easier to heal, and that your brain hasn't had plenty of time to "miss-file" additional information (thus it's "limited" to your family?)

I am so hyper-vigilant that there are more things that are triggers than are not.

I respect your newness to this. My main concern is that ppl with PTSD not take on more responsibility than is due... it's not like you are doing this as a planned, malicious response, you kn
