I'm so sorry you are afraid. I had recent contact with my ex and his response was SO angry (after 12 years!) that I changed all my locks on the doors to deadbolt double keyed! It's the ptsd I guess... anyone who threatens me is immediately on the scarey list.

All you have to do is see him near and call the police, right? Remember, ppl who abuse use intimidation and fear (like terrorists) to work while they aren't around.
