Even though you may not have any of this good stuff yet rl, you can, there is hope.

Sometimes in order to find the good stuff, I have to get the bad out of my life fully. I have to say -No- to any type of abuse.

This can be a scary process, this I know, since I have no guarantee that when I close one door, a good one will open. But, invariably, by walking away from the bad, I find hope, I find new answers. A brighter day.
