I have large pill tray that holds my meds for a week. (Sun - Sat) Then, I have 'routine' lists that I follow. If for some reason my routine gets thwarted, then I can easily see in my pill tray whether or not I have taken the alloted pills for the time of day they are to be taken.

I found if I set up, and follow my routines, and keep a little book with me all day where I note 'what I've done, and eaten, etc.' that things go way easier, and even on bad health days, I can feel good becasue at least I have done 'something'.

Taking my meds is on my 'lists' and unless I complete the important things on my list (like taking my meds), I don't get rewards... Like my AM routine... Make bed, shower, dress completely, take meds, feed dog, etc... unless I do THOSE things, no computer time (reward) for me.

Works for me, and by consistancy on taking my meds at the same times everyday, I have better 'effectiveness' of my meds.
