It's going to be a while before you stop being angry, I'm afraid. But the thing is that it's ok. I hope you've considered counseling for your feelings though, because I do imagine your son is going to realize your anger towards her and it's better to say something to the a T than your son or even the new woman.

You have to let go, but right now focus on what you want and what you need. I think it will help to occupy yourself with people, places and stuff that makes you happy. You've lost a sense of yourself that you need to get back, and it's good for you to focus your own happiness instead thinking about what your ex and his new mate are doing.

I'm sorry. It's going to be a tough rough for a while, but at least you are doing things to make yourself happy.
