just got in from the Dr. looks like I have adult adhd, it all adds up now. With all th emotions and frustration of lost projects, smiles, and generaly good times, replaced with racing thoughts,feeling lost and out of place, not sleeping, losing trac at work etc. My question to you all is this: If and when I go on meds. does this really help? It almost like im looking for a high, maybe not a high but a shelf higher than the one im currently on. Do the meds make you feel normal again?
