I know it is really scary right now and that the littles are feeling very insecure and frightened. It is okay for them to hide if they want too....but it is okay for them to come out as well.
It is understandable not wanting to let T know right away, but I think it may be a good idea just to let her know the symptoms you experience. That way, if you do switch in session, she will be able to respond more appropriately and it won't take her by surprise.
She is not going to hate you or yell at you for switching. This first session is basically a get to know you session anyway so you both can feel each other out and see if you are comfortable with one another.
If you get scared in session, just think about your friends from PC!! Think about watermelon fights and PEEple needing PEEple!!
