There is a new advertisement on the site, that suddenly pops up in the middle of the screen after the page has already loaded. It is asking you to fill out a survey, and you HAVE to click the ad to make it go away.

I find the ad somewhat annoying, but it is also a little scary to be in the middle of reading about a sensitive topic and this ad suddenly takes over the screen. I can imagine for someone in a less secure place, that this might be triggering.

Not only does the ad come up unexpectedly, but it is asking for personal information -- not good for those of us who use PC as a safe place.

I am not sure who is in charge of this, but I wanted to bring the issue to light. I understand the need for advertising revenue, but perhaps the predictable banner ad could make a comeback.
