I care but I don't have any answers except this: Feelings are feelings and having them is not the same as acting on them. You can acknowledge how you feel and then put your mind somewhere else and do not obsess on it.
If this doesn't help you need to find someone who can help you. We here can only offer support, not solutions.
this technique does work for me when I get some feelings that creep me out. I acknowledge it, then do something else and move on and it does begin to decline in seriousness.
