There seems to be one on every block, classroom, household, work site, play yard, social gathering...and ANYwhere else you seem to go.

Someone just HAS to create havoc for another. So damned bored with their own lives that they seek to make another's as miserable as their own.

Some people sooooo need a reality check.

Gawd..seems...even if a leaf from my tree falls into her yard....she calls the cops and complains. At least...I'm not the only victim....She shares her misery amongst us all.....
