I'm not sure if that is possible Alaskan 
What I mean is , I don't think depression is something we will
be totally rid of . I didn't mean to be non-supportive but I
was told it was a lifetime illness and that I have to find
out what works for me to be able to cope with it better.
Please anyone reading this correct me if I'm wrong 
As I would love to hear a more positive answer .
