Congrats on going to the dr. I am new on the ADD journey. I was only officially diagnosed a few weeks ago. But so far it is the best thing I have ever done.

I am on 60 mg strattera in the am and 40 mg afternoon. I am still me, still the same personality, but just a better me. I can focus so much better. I am much less impulsive. Much calmer. I feel WONDERFUL!!! I think so much clearer, I get so much more done rather than lots of things half done.

This is the 2nd med I have been on. The first was Clonidine and in my opinion was made by SATAN! At least from the side effects I had, but I know everyone is different.

So to answer your question, I do not feel high at all. I just feel like I have more control over myself and my thoughts. It is great!
