I've been like that for awhile and that was because of serious of events which was happening in my life, like job lose, boyfriend lose, disease, one after the other....anyway, I was taking pain killer like Tynanol or Advil to make me sleepy or simply I was drinking at night....but of course, it's still not a good night sleep, the day after I felt so tired, but no choice at night again....needed to sleep and go to work next day...
anyway, I'm getting better now....just by working on my mind to stay calm and I meditate for 15 minutes before going to bed!
