Now that's out the way:
I never used to get PMS with my periods, but they've always been very erratic. Now I get agonising stomach cramps, nausea, migranes, vertigo and dizzyness. And I love heights, so the vertigo doesn't make sense, especially as it just makes me feel incredibly tall.

I strongly suggest that you see a gyneocologist. I had abnormal bleeding (heavy bleeding) and sometimes even two periods in one month for years....My gyneocologist had me on birth control to control my bleeding which did not work at first because she found polyps in the the lining of my uterus, which she removed....My periods are now regular, but I also have premenstrual dysphoric disorder, or PMDD, which is a mood disorder related to your menstrual cycle. My gyneocologist had me write down my moods everyday for at least two months before she diagnosed me with PMDD. I will started Yaz shortly to treat my PMDD or premenstual dysphoric disorder. I get VERY IRRITABLE two weeks before my period, and sometimes, a little depressed....See a gyneocologist SOON so you will know what is going on with your severe PMS symptoms....
