See, I guess that's where feeling stupid comes in.

I have not had an episode where I was so in-touch-in-the-moment with all the old feelings as strong as I did the other day. I guess I was starting to feel like I was "out of the woods" and was thinking...I USED to have PTSD. Sigh...
