Hi Miss A....DEPENDS if you are on meds talk to your doc but Benadryl or any OTC antihistamine would help. You may want to get a Rx for the antihistamine even,,,Also A/C helps and stay indoors a lot mid day...I live on Allegra. I do not know the UK names for these meds but google them. Good luck this is a bad year for allergies they say
