I hope your lawyer had some news for you that makes you want to continue with the legal actions. I can understand what you were saying about the money, time, etc, and not wanting to drag the kids thru all this, and not wanting to "give into him" etc, but am really concerned about the influence of a 'man' like him on the children so much of the time.
