The next time you're frustrated or stressed, speak these words ALOUD. These words are directed at YOU - you are giving yourself a direct order:
"STOP. Allow everything right now to be exactly as it is."
You may feel an immediate reduction of tension. You have just given up control of the universe (you probably didn't really have much control over it anyway). Stress is usually nothing more than a mad desire to make lots of little changes all at once, a refusal to accept things as they are right now.
