Glad to hear this John, I am happy for you. I think your accomplishments are BIG ones! Cleaning and cooking when I am depressed are like running a marathon. So good for you. For me, that I survived another day, another week was always a good news/bad news kind of thing. I always try to take the bad depression times ONE DAY AT A TIME. Or one hour if need be. Now that you know you can do it, you simply (but not easily) keep doing it. Eventually the depression lifts and you are feeling like yourself again, and start enjoying the things you used to enjoy.
