So...I've always had sensitive skin, I guess...but I was reading an article online last night that made me wonder if everyone has this, or is this something indicative of something else.
It doesn't hurt to touch my skin in general, or to brush across it......that feels normal. But if you take one or two fingers and you push on my skin, even just a little, it really hurts. And, it hurts worse in different places. It's like that all over my body?
I always thought it was just normal and didn't think anything about it until I read this article. It was an article on "allodynia" and fibromyalgia.
So, I'm just wondering...does everyone have painful skin/muscles when they are gently poked? Is it normal?
Thanks
