FeelingSad I've found that swimming has helped me a lot recently - it's difficult to dwell on much else when swimming, you get an endorphin kick from the exercise & even just floating can be incredibly relaxing in itself. And, if you can't swim - learning to is a pretty good distraction too.

If you like tea, some of the herbal decaf teas out there might help relax & calm you before bedtime.

I do know just how hard it can be not to dwell (or even to limit dwelling) on stuff - it's something that I'm very much still working on myself. I hope you get some relief/distraction/rest soon.
