sometimes my T will give way too much unwanted advice or feedback. i'm learning to interrupt at key times when i'm not done talking. other times i hang back, wondering if the things she's saying are more important than me getting stuff off my chest. idk what the solution is for you, but i agree that bringing it up with T is probably best to get the dialogue going.
