Sleeps....thought I had the corner on not fitting in...welcome to my corner. After going through a trauma at the end of last year I landed for 2 months in the medical hospital at the time my Mother died. After getting out of the hospital, I had several Pdoc's, psychologists, & my GP trying to figure out what kind of help I needed. They thought they decided & pointed me in that direction only to find out it was the wrong direction....looking back at some of my thoughts...a square peg in a round hole.....I never did find where to go for help....so feel like I am sliding by right now.....still not fitting in anywhere.

As for sleep...I hate the state between sleep & wake...that is where my mind really messes with me...sooooo....the solution......quit sleeping because you don't have to wake up?????? Wonder what is wrong with that kind of thinking.
