Welcome to PC!! 
I too have PTSD from witnessing DV and also being physically and emotionally abused....and SA.
I am a work in progress...I guess, but I am always here to listen and help. I can sit quiet and just listen, or I can offer suggestions, or I can do both.

Keep posting here too!! Look around the forums and you will find a lot of places that you can go to. I've been here since March and everyone is very supportive and friendly. There are good people here, and I agree that you're in the right place.
