I will try the smooth stone in my pocket for when I am on Night Shift. But what about everyday use. Is there anything I can do to ease the fidgetting? I am needing something to ease it off

Its really hard making it non-obvious to people when I am fidgetting. I have tried just letting it go and ignoring it but its a nightmare. Its like when I am sitting watching the tv or chilling out after working and all I have to do is just sit down. I am constantly having to move my body ie sitting back then forward and moving around the sofa etc. Tapping is my worst I think as its a constant thing that there. No matter what I do I am always tapping or patting my legs.
