I know it's not easy, but try to think of positive things, things that make you smile, and hopefully it will lift that dark gray cloud around you. Here are some of my smile-aids I think about
:
butterflies, sunshine, birds waking me up in the morning, my cat licking my hand, flowers, chocolate milkshakes, pretending my boss found another job in another state, lollipops.....you get the idea!
