There is no true mental health hospital anywhere near to where I live. There are only two and they're in the northern part of the state. In my county there's a regular hospital with some temporary beds for mental patients.

I live right behind a hospital and can walk to it if things get any worse. It's not the above mentioned one, but they can transfer me there. I can't sleep. I've been trying for 2 hours. I was seeing a dark shape and had to come out to investigate, plus my skin is incredibly itchy tonight, but no rash.

Not crying right now. I'm just a bit anxious. The things running through my head kept me from sleeping.
