I know this sounds worthless to try but set goals, we all hear this, but dont try to clean it all at once, like yourself dont try it all at once .. i would to be lazy.
reward yourself for doing dishes .. then set next goal and reward yourself. Youll find once its all done if you do a little here and there wont be a next time and rewarding yourself can be set for other things like if you want to lose weight..
rewards can be new hairstyle or cloths and things.
