Every 10 minutes the server checks to see if the database is running smoothly, but every night at a certain time in the morning, it needs to be restarted because of a server load issue. I'm still working on completely troubleshooting this issue, but in the meantime it means that if you happen to be logged in during this time (3:00 am ET), you may experience these error messages. They will be cleared up within 10 minutes when you first notice them.
