I was just thinking - maybe THEY have an issue with confrontation.

They say what they THINK YOU want to hear,
but don't have the courage to express to you their real feelings.

As for talking behind your back - Yes that is definietly DIS-TRUSTFUL.

Wheather family or friends..... there's so much of that it stinks.
