I agree with esther, and want to add, you are an inspiration I am glad you are back, as many others are too
Take care and realize there are many people who want you to stay on this earth, like I always say we all have a purpose here on earth, even if it just consists of castiing a smile to someone, you'd be surprised how a little smile can make others feel good, which comes back to you.
I'm glad you got help asap while in crisis, as I am glad today that I did 5yrs ago. Sure the next few weeks will be overwhelming, but be sure to keep in close touch with or therapist and/or pdoc.
In time you may come to see it is all worth the effort.
Sorry this kind of got long but I want you to know your being on earth is important, and there are people out in the world that care for you.
