doing better emotionally. going the conservative route of anti-inflamatory meds (correction on what I am taking---Lodine), chiro, abdominal exercises, etc. signed up for a class called "strong women" which is muscle building and toning and strength training. may also sign up for a stretching class.......
ah, the ideas in my head are good ones....now to get the rest of me to get off my butt and make it all happen-----grrr.
