uhmm.. i know this sounds a little weird but i did a backflip the other day to see if i could still do so.And i did it,but 2 days later i told my freind i could do one and i was sooo scared cuz when i previous did it,i hurt my foot sorta bad.

And my freind is starting to dis-like me because he thinks im tell lies!
but im not i just cant do it agin

what should i do?
