I will remember this if I do decide to try Depakote. I think that the food diary is a good idea! I think I try that now since I have a tendency to gain weight anyway. I think that I will wait on the depakote, I have heard so many negative things about that drug, I am afraid to take it. I guess that I will have to discuss all of my options with my pdoc. Thanks for the info!
