After learning I keep gaining weight for no reason I have decied to go on a diet. No starting Monday crap. But like now. I have never been on a diet. But I need to go on one. I won't tell you all my weight

but I will say, my husband and I have been married 8 years. I have gained almost a hundred pounds in 8 years

That's alot. In high school I weighed 250 but in the summer before 10th grade I dropped 80 pounds and grew an inch and a half. The docs ran every test on me they could and chalked it up to late puberty. Well I stayed like that until well for 1) I got sober 2) my mom got sick and died) 3) I was on anti depressants for a year. All of that happened in one year. I think all those things together made me fat again. So I have decided to go on a diet. I don't know how though. Any one got any tips? I don't even know where to start.
