I would try to eat balanced meals . Stay away from foods that are
high in saturated fats . Try not to eat after 8:00 pm .
And exercise , aerobics , swimming , running , etc.
I would check with your family doctor about how much exercise
would be safe for you . There are alot of good sites online
that can help you make the right food choices .
I try to eat as healthy as possible but every now and then I
have to have my potato chips and chocolate bars .
