It does help...thanks. I get it because it is kind of what I am doing to quit my soda addiction and cigarette addiction. Instead of putting the soda in the fridge so all I have to do is grab one pop it open and drink it..now I have to open it, pour it in a glass and grab some ice to put in it because I don't like room temp. sodas. For my cigarettes I have placed the cigarettes in one drawer and the lighters in a different drawer so if I want a cigarette I have to make myself get up off the couch to go get one and then make the effort of opening drawers to get to them. So if I can just put the thought of the roaches in one compartment in my brain and only let it out when there really is a roach then it will be ok.
