If you hurt your foot then you shouldn't do a backflip again until it heals up and maybe you could find out what you did so you won't hurt yourself again.

If your friend doesn't understand that you hurt yourself and need to wait to do the backflip and he thinks your a liar and doesn't want to be your friend then he is a silly boy and you can certainly find better friends.

A good friend would understand if you hurt yourself and wouldn't care if you could do a backflip or not.
