Ok, to answer your question at least to start with.....your profile picture is only in your profile.....if you want it to be your avatar, you have to set it up as your avatar....so it will show up on your posts & replys.

Provile photo & avatar are 2 different things.

Can't remember off the top of my head how to set up the avatar, but you need to go into your profile & set up.....if you can't figure it out.....continue to ask....just didn't remember at the moment how to do it.....just look for setting up your avatar along with setting up your other aspects of your profile....it's will be there.
