I was always told that hearing voices inside the head, is a sign of DID, not psychosis. It makes sense if the crowd is restless you're going to hear about it. The voice hearing from psychosis is different; One usually hears them coming from outside the head.
My T told me it is possible to have psychotic alters...again, different from being psychotic.
