Actually the police is quite fun and useful, but this is just one of those things they can do nothing about. Just while ago my sister called the cops about some teenagers (=minors) cuz they were drinking, they had their mopeds (=drinking&driving), and (good-old-fashion) we just found them annoying . The police just asked how many kids were there, and then they came We didn't see the whole thing, but there was some parents collecting their offspring and mopeds and OMG it was too much! we laughed our butts off muahahamuahahaahaaa!
