OK, I had a hard time finding it, too. Had to use the search function in the pop-up smilies browser. It's under "other smilies" and its code is
That is, if you type in the body of your compose/reply text box, the forum software will automatically interpret it as that icon. The only way I'm making it show up not as the icon is by wrapping it in "code" tags.
