i know it is very hard right now. PLEASE be careful with all medication and do not stop it without talking to your T or pdoc. it can make things very bad if you stop medicine all at one time.

when i hurt sometimes i just want to force things to get better, but now i know it takes time for changes to come. go slow and be safe with your body and your mind and feelings.
