I just looked up the Department of Labor website and found this link:

They *MUST* allow me a copy of my personnel records. They can charge a fee for the actual cost to copy, but they must allow copies. I could start to harass them and file a complaint with the IDOL. Or should I point out the law to them first? I like the idea of going for the bigger guns, though.
